Our Customer Service Centre, located on level 3 operates 7 days per week during normal centre trading hours.

ShopMobility

ShopMobility is a FREE customer service which provides mobility equipment such as powered scooters and wheelchairs to shoppers with limited mobility.

Located on level 3, opposite Flowers for Everyone, bookings are recommended and can be made on freecall 1800 505 365. Disabled parking and a passenger set-down area can be accessed from the Herring Road express ramp to the centre.

Courtesy Buggy

Macquarie Centre has a FREE Courtesy Buggy operating 7 days per week to transport customers and their shopping from one area in the centre to another.

Should you require the Courtesy Buggy and you are unable to locate it, the retailers of Macquarie Centre would be happy to call centre management and request a pick up for you.

Parent Facilities

Macquarie Centre offers the choice of two Parents Rooms. One Parents Room is located on level 3 next to the Customer Service Centre, with two private feeding rooms, a play area, TV, changing station, children's toilet and microwave. The second parents room is located in the Food Court on level 3.

Parking

Macquarie Centre offers over 4,100 FREE parking spaces, including 3,500 undercover spaces.

From Monday 12 January 2009, Macquarie Centre will introduce managed car parking for all visitors.

Free parking for the first 3 hours
If you stay for over three hours, please don't forget to validate your parking ticket at any Auto Pay station. All Auto Pay stations will take cash as well as all major credit cards.

Lost tickets will incur the maximum daily charge of $25.

For your convenience, the Undercroft car park (near the Australia Post entrance) is a Quick-Shop zone and parking is limited to 1 hour. The rates for this car park are as follows:

"Parents with Prams" parking is available in the following car parks:

Level 1 closest to the Post Office
Level 2 closest to Target
Level 3 closest to Big W
Twin Deck both silver and red levels (access of Herring Road)

Disabled parking is located at all entrances to the centre. Disabled parking for ShopMobility can be accessed from Herring Road express ramp to the centre.

Gift Vouchers

Can't think of the perfect gift? Here's the gift that's bound to please all ages, tastes and styles - a Macquarie Centre gift voucher.

Macquarie Centre gift vouchers are available 7 days a week from the Customer Service Centre, located on level 3, with EFTPOS* facilities now available.

Gift vouchers can be redeemed from participating stores and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

*For use with debit cards only, no credit card facility available. No cash out option available

Need a JP?

We are pleased to advise that a member of the NSW Justices Association has kindly volunteered his services to Macquarie Centre customers. The Justice of the Peace will be available at the Customer Service Centre, located on level 3, during the following hours:

Wednesdays 9:00am - 3:00pm

Saturdays 9:30am – 2.30pm

*** Due to the Christmas break, the JP's will be finishing for 2008 on Wednesday 24 December. They will return to Macquarie Centre on Saturday 3 January 2009. ***

Please note to ensure prompt service to all, and as a courtesy to our volunteers, there is a limit of 20 documents per person per day. Please note that a Justice of the Peace can not answer any questions relating to legal matters. Queue closes 30 minutes prior to finish time.
